Biography

Vandré Barbosa Brião is food engineering and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in membrane separation processes. As engineer, he was operator of a RO system for water desalination in a dairy industry. Professor at University of Passo Fundo since 2000, Mr. Brião has been researched MF/UF/NF/RO in food and water/wastewater applications. The water reuse has been the goal seeked in him work and the researches has been focused in post-treatment of water/wastewater with hybrid systems by coagulation-electrocoagulation-adsorption coupled with membrane separation.
